Put Robocopy.exe into your

Windows\System32 (this is for Windows XP)

or

WINNT\System32 (this is for Windows 2000)

folder.

Put RoboCopyGUI.exe on your Desktop.

Read the Robocopy.doc file so you understand the switches and what RoboCopyGUI is presenting to you as options.

Run RoboCopyGUI to get things going. At a minimum, you need to set where to copy from, where to copy to, what to
copy (usually *.*), and have it recurse subdirectories including empty ones.
